Paul was back after his trip up Ben Nevis and tough mudder, worked hard on his cluster tekkers keeping it crisp throughout! Luke came to the gym without Rupert (PB)! Well done to the 12.30 class who all worked hard being pushed by each other to all finish inside the time cap! Rich Sanzari was unsure about 50kg thrusters but proceeded to not miss a rep the entire time keeping great form! Sean held fantastic pull up form throughout, and Jan for unlocking kipping pull ups!

Things got a bit emotional for these 2 after the WOD today... great work guys!
