Joe Rooney set the pace for everyone to follow going nuts on the metcon! Jan worked hard for his chin ups while Hannah gave everything she could on the metcon moving really well in the deadlifts also! George's deadlifts were nice and consistent, he may of not had the most weight on the bar, but you could really see that he was concentrating on perfect form as with his chin ups! Joe destroyed the Metcon in true Joe style! Mike Stone was super coachable on the Deadlifts! Neil nailed his deadlift technique! and Harrison attacked the metcon!
