WOD for Tuesday 29th December


a) With a 60/40kg barbell:

1 minute of Squat Cleans,
1 minute of Push Jerks,
2 minutes of Squat Cleans,
2 minutes of Push Jerks,
3 minutes of Squat Cleans,
3 minutes of Push Jerks.

b) Working in pairs for 10 minutes:

30 Floor Press (50kg/35kg),
30 Floor Press (60kg/40kg),
30 Floor Press (70kg/45kg),
Max reps Floor Press (80kg/50kg).

One partner working at a time, switching as necessary.
