Elements is our program for getting people comfortable with foundational work movements. It's designed to get people comfortable with the basics and confident in what's expected of them. It can also be viewed as a primer or review on fundamental patterns. Each new member will complete each of these classes once. There is no need to then move immediately on to Workout Of the Day classes. The option to review and repeat Elements classes as needed is available for all.

The individual Elements classes break down loosely as follows:

Squat. Pull to object

ELEMENTS #2
Push/Press object

ELEMENTS #3
Pull object. Push from object

Elements operate as complete classes, including a warm up and a short intense WOD all in addition to the heavily coached core content.
