We hope you all enjoyed some days off eating, seeing loved ones and relaxing. With our change of timetable this week (classes at 09:00 and 10:00) we have some Christmas programming too. Each class will begin with a toss of a coin to decide the workout for the day. So tomorrow's workout is either: 

  • Running, Chest to Bar, Front Squat, Hand Stand Push Ups

or

  • Handstand Push Ups, Knees to Elbows, Deadlift Burpee, Kettlebell Swing, Pull Up
