800m run or 1000m row

30 Russian KB swings @ 32/24kg

50 steps walking lunge

Following the end of a very successful block of training for leg strength, Second City Barbell Club will be taking a break from 01/10 to 06/10 (inclusive) while Coach Dave is away on a course, learning more to make you all better!

Normal service will resume on Saturday the 8th of October.
