Thursday's workouts

CrossFit

A - Every 2 minutes x 6 sets

1 clean pull + 1 clean + 1 hang clean

B - 3 rounds for time of:

15 hang power cleans @ 60/40kg

30 wall balls @ 9/6kg to 10/9'

Sweat

In a team of 3 row as far as possible in 30 minutes.

Minimum work per interval = 100m.  

One person not rowing must be holding a KB in the front rack for the rower to be able to row.
