Thursday's CrossFit workout

A - Back squat 4 x 8 @ 65%

B - As many round as possible (AMRAP) in 15 minutes of:

30 box overs @ 24/20”

30 hand release press ups

30 alternating dumbbell snatches @ 22.5/15kg

Thursday's Sweat workout

A - 5 rounds for reps: 

1 minute goblet squats

1 minute sit ups

1 min assault bike 

Rest 1 minute between rounds
