Paul came in and got his head down with some hard work; Phil hit a great session, moving well and sensibly; Hannah made the deadlifts really smooth and kept moving through the 40 minute window; Eamon pushed through to the end of the workout despite it not being one that suited him well; Hugh and Ally worked hard to maintain good form throughout; Shout out to Donna for not taking the easy option and decided to add weight to her deadlifts; Ed maintained a blistering pace all the way to the end; Gorgeous George moved like a pro thoughout, considering the weight was tough for him; Yeen concentrated on making herself more proficient on her deadlifts, and corrected and applied what she had been told throughout; Kim worked hard to be a good team player for Yeen, with slightly adjusted workout still manage to maintain a good pace!
