We have reached the end of our 8 week programming block so aptly named "Summer Shred". This can only mean one thing... welcome to testing week!

The week will include some familiar workouts for you to all enjoy. Testing an retesting helps you to see where you have improved your fitness while also showing areas of your game that still need some extra attention, so dig out your scores from last time! You have put in the hard work over the last weeks, time to reap the benefits!
