Wardy had great hollow rocks this morning; Terry had some fab box overs; Nick went heavier than he wanted to; Mark destroyed the thrusters, kept a solid pace to the end; Diego and Ricky pushed hard on the thruster workout; Jas and Helen kept the work rate up and moving well for new starters; Ed's thrusters looked superb and Mate worked hard to keep hollow position throughout!

A) 10 minute timecap: Build to a heavy clean or power clean + front squat

B) EMOM 18

1 = 1 rep @ 75% of A

2 = 2 reps @ 75% of A

3 = 3 reps @ 75% of A etc...

C) With a partner, complete 10 sets of 10 unbroken wall balls each
