Paul had great movement this morning, making his workout as efficient as possible; Tash's power clean were really crisp she's clearly working hard on it; Katie pushed herself to go RX this evening; Aidan's first class after joining last month but having to disappear on holiday today, worked hard took on the intentsity; Hannah smashed her technique work on power cleans and started moving lovely through the wod while Amy pushed hard and put in a good shift!
