Great weekend of fitness! Saturday: Shannon worked really hard to keep a good torso position in the thrusters. Eve attacked the workout as she has done all week and Kate held her standards on the toes to bar regardless of taking them in singles. Helen moved with great form throughout from squats, accessory work and in to the wod. And I've never seen anyone at SCCF move as fast as Ashley did chase down Rich on the last 200! Shout out to the elements group who pushed themselves on the rowers!
Sunday: Griff went Rx during the silly heavy deadlift workout and got a great time. Literally everyone did really well on their strict scaling for Nate - especially Evie, Harrison, Sara and Harry!
