Saturday saw the finale to an epic week of testing! Well done to everyone to came to see what they were capable of and to all of you who surprised yourself! Saturday shout outs to: Mim, who moved beautifully on her deadlifts despite doing maths badly and ending up attacking Heavy Runny Christie! Luke for his beautiful PB! Rupert's deadlifts and Christie were awesome! Bryony was as springy as ever, flying through the WOD! Kim, Sarah and Ash all did some sensible scaling t get the most out of their wods too! Finally Ally Richards, whose deadlifts looked great and she really worked hard during Christie as well!
