Congratulations to everyone who came down today and gave 16.3 their all! Big congrats to Javier, Angus, Mark and Jan who got there first bar muscle ups! (...even if some of them weren't in the workout...) 

lso a big thanks to everyone who brought cake, stayed around to shout, cheer and help judge! Was a great night. Carl managed to get loads of photos so keep your eyes peeled for them to be uploaded soon.
