Well done to Sean S, Fernando and Joe W for hitting new PB power snatches today! Luke and Phil worked hard in the early class listening well to coaching points. Shelly, Paul, Shannon, Casey and Sophie all showed improvements with their barbell movements this evening (keep up the good work!), and Marcus gets a shout out for actively seeking coaching to improve further!
