06.30 class smashed it this morning well done all!

Charlee, Joe, Pete and Connor gave each other great encouragement and pulled through together!

Griff, Ricky and Marcus D also pushed hard and rowed like crazy!

Diego and Ross smashed it as a pair and Caitlin moved well throughout staying composed!

5 sets of 3 min to:

row 500m,

7 front squats @ 50/35kg,

then AMRAP lateral burpees.
