Big shout out to Luke this morning making it to a morning class for one, making the effort to get to know new people after the class. And getting more chalk on the floor than anyone could imagine possible..!

Well done to Az for adding another 5kg to his bar, Kerry B for going heavier than prescribed and Sue for her huge squatting effort!

Terry took coaching pointers on board really well, and Joe Wesley showed hard work and commitment throughout the WOD!

With a partner, alternating exercises, in a 30 minute window complete 10 rounds for time:
15 burpees
15 wall balls @ 9/6kg
15 over box jumps @ 24/20"
In time remaining set a 3RM hang power snatch
