0900 arrival for an 0930 start

1500 finish time at the gym so you can all go home and make yourself look your best / have an hour long bath then rush around in a panic

Monday workout

A - 8 minutes to heavy snatch (or power snatch) double

B - EMOM x 7 - 2 snatches @ 85% 

C - 3 rounds for time of: 

400m run + 21 ground to overhead @ 45/30kg
