Fantastic attendance last night and full on effort from all. PBs were dropping all over the place!

 

WOD

a) Every Minute On The Minute for 24 minutes (6 rounds):

1 = 30 seconds Hang Power Cleans
2 = 20 steps Overhead Walking Lunge
3 = 30 seconds of Ring Rows
4 = 30 sec Burpees

b) Back Squat 2 x 3 @ 75% of 1RM

c) 1 x max reps Back Squat @ 75% of 1RM

This Thursday (16th) our Gareth will be running a workshop focusing on Kipping. It starts at 8pm. follow the link to book on. Gareth will provide a fuller description to the members group but the take home on this is if you want to develop or tame your kip this is for you!
