Yesterday we identified that one of your goals should be to try improve the quality of your sleep. Here's some reading to give context on the importance of sleep and also give ideas of what can effect your sleep and what you can do to maximise it.
There are a ton of articles out there discussing sleep 'hacking'. I'm deliberately avoiding those here. As hinted yesterday, what we want you to do is develop good, achievable life habits you can carry forward. Let's stay monophasic for now.
