a) Back Squat 5 x 2 @ 85% of 2RM (established a couple of weeks ago) / Reasonably heavy but form perfect.


b) 10 minute AMRAP:

2 Hang Cleans
2 Lateral over bar Burpees
4 Hang Cleans
4 Lateral over bar Burpees
6 Hang Cleans
6 Lateral over bar Burpees

Continue to Increase by 2 reps per round
