SCBC kicks off tonight at 5pm.
Next Monday (May 4th) is a public holiday. No evening classes but we're holding the usual tear-up type session in the morning. The class runs 10am-12am. Open gym will run along side.
a) 5 rounds of: Within 4 minutes
b) Deadlift 2 x 3 @ ~75% (fast and snappy). Followed by 1 x max reps at the same weight.
