Workout Of the Day
a) Every Minute On the Minute for 30 minutes:
1 = Handstand Hold (30s)
2 = STRICT Chin Ups (5-10 reps)
3 = HEAVY Kettlebell Swings (15 reps)
b) In a 10 minute window:
Front squat 2 sets of 3 reps at a weight that feels fast and snappy (~75% ). Follow with a max reps set at the same weight.
