#SCCFstrong Challenge 1

Here's the first #SCCFstrong challenge. This one is inspired by a story told to me by my uncle from his days working on The Yorkshire Show. 

The challenge is simple. Stand with feet together right up against 2 kettlebells. Pick up the nearest one with one hand and move it over, put it down and let go. Then pick it up and move it back where it came from without the kettlebells touching each other at all.  

Goal weights are 20kg for men and 12kg for women. Have a go, film it, use the hashtag #SCCFstrong and let us know how you get on!
