March Elements finished this weekend so here are some (mostly) new faces for you to look out for. Make sure to introduce yourselves and make them feel welcome.
a) 15 minutes to set a max weight on the following complex:
5 push press
7 front squat
b) 5 rounds for time:
1 complex (as above) @ 80% of max
Rest 1 minute between rounds.
