WOD for Wednesday 30th December

Remember this is your last chance to catch a class ahead of the get together on New Years day (4pm).

WOD:

With a partner, complete the following.

Minutes 0-5: Row for metres - switch as necessary,

Minutes 5-10: Rounds of Cindy - switch partner every exercise:

5 Pull-ups,
10 Press-ups.
15 Squats.

Minutes 10-15: Row for metres - switch as necessary,

Minutes 15-20: Ground to Overhead (60kg/40kg) - alternate reps,

Minutes 20-25: Row for metres - switch as necessary.
