WOD - The 12 days of WODmas:
1 Snatch (70kg/45kg),
2 Box Jump, (30"/24"),
3 Push-press (70kg/45kg),
5 Hang Power Cleans (70kg/45kg),
6 Calorie Row,
7 Deadlifts (70kg/45kg),
9 Kettlebell Swings (32kg/24kg),
10 Lunges (10 each leg),
11 Wall Balls (9kg/6kg) to 10'/9',
This'll all be covered in the briefing but basically the WOD runs like the song 'The Twelve days of Christmas' in that we progress down the list complete the next item and all previous ones before moving on. So...
On the first day of Christmas my coach programmed me - 1 Snatch.
On the second day of Christmas my coach programmed me - 2 Box Jumps and 1 Snatch.
On the third day of Christmas my coach programmed me - 3 Push-press, 2 Box jumps and 1 Snatch.
etc, etc, etc.
Every year we run a version of this an everyones inner muppet comes to play. Fret not, we'll get through this somehow!
