a)

Every Minute On the Minute for 5 minutes: 3 Cleans + 1 Jerk.
Every Minute On the Minute for 5 minutes: 2 Cleans + 1 Jerk.
Every Minute On the Minute for 5 minutes: 1 Clean + 1 Jerk.

b) 8 sets of: 10 second Ring Row hold (top), 30 seconds REST.

c) 10 min AMRAP:

10 Wall Ball (9kg/6kg) to 10'/9',
10 Kettlebell Swing (24kg/16kg),
10 Box Jumps (24"/20").
