a) For 10 sets, every 90 seconds: 2 Deadlifts. Working to a 2RM.

b) 3 sets of 25 banded KB swings.

c) 4 rounds for time:

8 Hang Power Clean (~60% 1RM),
35 Air Squats,
REST 1 minute.
