WOD for Thursday 29th October

METCON:

Working with a partner, 

15 Kettlebell Swings (24kg/16kg),
15 Box Over Jumps (24"/20").

Partner A completes one round while partner B Rows. After each complete round switch places. 

Working for 20 minutes. Scored as total distance rowed.

FRIGHT GONE BAD.

Reminder to get yourselves booked in to this horrible class on Saturday. 2pm Kick off. Fancy dress encouraged. Swimming trunks are not a costume.
