WOD for Tuesday 20th October

WOD:

a) 8 minutes:

6 Pull-Ups,
8 Kettlebell Swings (24kg/16kg),
10 Down-Ups, 
REST 2 minutes.

Repeat and try to match or beat your previous score. Work at around 85% effort.


b) Snatch - prescribed % if needed is 3 x 3 @ 75%
